Who runs this: भारत GeoQuiz is a product operated by SenseAI Labs, the trading name of Mucheli Pankaja (a Sole Proprietorship based in India). Under Indian law a sole proprietorship has no separate legal personality from the proprietor — for all KYC, merchant-of-record, and statutory purposes the legal name is Mucheli Pankaja. We are the data controller for personal data processed by this service (per India\'s DPDP Act 2023) and the merchant-of-record for all paid subscriptions, processed via Razorpay. If a paid subscription doesn't work for you, we'll refund it — generously — for the first 7 days of your initial payment. After that, we keep the current period's fee + cancel the renewal so you're not charged again.
भारत GeoQuiz sells a Pro subscription (₹99/month or ₹999/year) that unlocks UPSC-focused topics + the Old NCERT R.S. Sharma / Satish Chandra / Bipan Chandra reference content. The bulk of the catalogue (NEW NCERT Class 6–12 History + Geography + thematic deep-dives + dams) is free and remains accessible without a paid plan, with or without an account.
Email support@bharatgeoquiz.com from the address registered to your account within 7 days of your initial payment with subject "Refund — Pro". We'll process refunds within 5–7 business days via Razorpay (or whichever processor handled the transaction) back to your original payment method.
You can cancel renewal any time from Settings → Subscription, or by emailing support@bharatgeoquiz.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
If money was deducted but Pro wasn't activated, email support@bharatgeoquiz.com with your bank/UPI transaction reference. We coordinate with Razorpay; resolution typically within 7 business days. If Razorpay has not returned the funds within 14 days, escalate via their dispute mechanism.
